The Painter's Hotel

The Savoy Hotel in London, England is now offering art fans a chance to emulate Impressionist
painter Claude Monet by staying in the same room he stayed in when he painted
the London skyline and 70 other canvases. For only $4,500, a couple can stay for
two nights and with the advice of an art teacher reproduce the famous painter's
work.
Other painters who have made the Savoy their home include James McNeill
Whistler, who painted the scaffolding when the hotel was being built in the
1880s, Oskar Kokoschka, and Andy Warhol.
